Exchanges and returns

You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it. Once we receive your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within five working days. Returning your items is simple and can be done in the following steps.

Step 1: Fill out the return form
Request the return form using the contact form on this page. Once received, fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order
Send your order together with the completed return form to the return address provided to you after registering your return. Always ship with a track-and-trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and this avoids any misunderstanding.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your package, we will refund the purchase amount within five working days.

Return costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you received the wrong item or wrong variant, you do not need to return it. We will send you the correct product free of charge.

Defective items
You do not need to return defective products, as we cannot resell them. Instead, you will receive a new product or a full refund. We only ask that you provide one or more photos showing the defect. Please complete the contact form at the bottom of the page to request a replacement or refund.

Wrong item received
If you ordered a specific product or variant but received the wrong one, you may request a replacement using the contact form. Include a photo of the incorrect product and indicate which product or variant you should have received.

Bank transfer payments will be refunded to your bank account. Klarna invoices will be adjusted, and credit card payments will be refunded back to your credit card.

Return requirements
Please ensure that:
The items are complete
The items are in their original packaging and undamaged
You have a track-and-trace code for your return
The return form is included in the package
Your order number is listed on the return form
Your name is listed on the return form

Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be processed or refunded.

Processing time
Once your return has been processed and the refund issued, you will receive an automatic notification. We aim to handle returns as quickly as possible. If you have not heard from us within 30 days, please contact customer service.

Note
If a product arrives damaged or incomplete due to improper packaging during return shipping, we cannot accept it and cannot refund the purchase price. Please package all items carefully, especially fragile products.

Where can I find the return form?
You can request it by emailing us through the contact form. You will receive it once your return has been registered.

Where can I find my track-and-trace code?
You will receive the code from the postal service where you send the return. Please send this code to us by email after registering your return.

Where can I find the return address?
You will receive the return address after your return registration is completed.
Note: The sender address on your original parcel is not our return address. Do not send returns to that address. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in your order confirmation email and in all shipping notifications. It consists of four or five digits. If you cannot find it, feel free to email us and request your order number.
